I purchased two converter boxes and within a year one had failed and the other looks like is ready too. They were lightly used and I expected at least three years service from them. The service center gave a fix price that was greater than a replacement value of a new unit. It is poorly thought out in design requiring a remote to change any channel. If you lose the remote you are done... try getting a replacement. Customer service on these units is almost non existent, to the point of not understanding the problem.

I order First two (2) Magnavox TB100MG9 digital to Analog TV Converter Box, Silver and received in 4 days, excellence services and the box is works good, but the second order same as is never delivered. I did call to confirmed that I did not receive these units. I got help less.

This was a great purchase, the box was very simple to set up, as well easy to operate, the reception is that of having cable or paid tv. I also like all the features with the box.

This is a good value. Pros: Easy and quick set-up.
Con: Has a lower audio output for the RF connection. Using the RCA output corrects this problem.
